Manages Business Strategy Team and support all parts of the team to develop strategies for the sustainability of FiliFest. Supports long-term strategies of FiliFest, including training and development or all FiliFest Committee members, communication with Community Partners & Members, recruitment and business development.

FiliFest 2019 (30th January 2019-1st August 2019) - Chief Admin Officer

• Supported in finding raffle sponsors for FiliFest 2019
• Created an information pack for all sponsors and vendors which included key contacts, health & safety measures, set-up and post-event information and rules and regulations for smoother operations during the day
• Led communication with sponsors and vendors prior to the event
• Contributed ideas towards the creation of FiliFest 2019
• Participated in promotional Instagram stories for FiliFest 2019
• Aided in the stage and performances operations of FiliFest 2019
• Event Host of FiliFest 2019, regularly promoting external sponsors and representing FiliFest

FiliFest 2020 (2nd October 2019-1st July 2020) - Chief Admin Officer

• Conceptualised FiliFest newsletter and organised a system for smoother operations for FiliFest's first mailing list
• Started developing stronger communication with Filipino societies
• Featured in the following FiliFest TV videos: Meet the FiliFest 2020 Committee!, Holiday Greetings from FiliFest!, Christmas Boodle Fight + Karaoke HIGHLIGHTS!

FiliFest 2021 (6th July 2020-24th July 2021) - Chief Admin Officer

• Led Admin Team
• Endorsed FiliFest Community Facebook Group
• Upgraded FiliFest's communication with Filipino societies, strengthening the bond between FiliFest and Filipino Societies
